How much is freight?
When you purchase an original artwork directly from me, all freight is included to anywhere in Australia. If you wish to have your artwork delivered overseas, this is possible, but there will be an additional shipping cost. Please contact me at wendy@eriksson.com.au and I will arrange a freight quote for you.
Do you ship overseas?
I can ship overseas, but I will need to provide you with a special shipping quote because overseas shipping is not included in the artwork prices on this website. I ship via Australia Post and their limit is 1m in size.
Will my artwork be insured when it is sent?
Yes, your artwork is fully insured. In the event of any damage during transit you will be provided with a full refund. You will not be required to return the painting.
What’s your return policy?
If you are not 100% happy with your artwork, please feel free to return it to me. Australian return shipping will be reimbursed and you will receive a full refund on the purchase price.
Can I return my artwork if I change my mind, or it’s not what I was expecting when it arrives?
Absolutely YES. I understand that buying an original artwork is difficult to do over the Internet. If you are not absolutely satisfied with your painting when it arrives, please return it to me via Australia Post and I will provide you with a full refund for the painting and the return postage. Whatever the reason. No questions asked.
Do you do artwork commissions?
